Tennis Complex

This beautiful Tim Wilkison Signature Facility boasts a Wimbledon-style grass tennis court, one hard court, and six perfectly-groomed clay courts all with state of the art LED lighting for night time play.

The Palisades Country Club Tennis Complex offers a full range of activities for the most social to the most competitive player.

Palisades members can access adult and junior private and group lessons, USTA and Queen City league play. Members also have the opportunity to play in club round robins and special events.

Our Tennis Pro Shop services include racquet stringing and repair, as well as ball machine rentals.

Junior Olympic Pool Complex

Whether it’s the friendly staff that greets you when you enter and check in or the natural surroundings, The Palisades pools offers something for everyone. The Junior Olympic pool offers six swim lanes for you to take daily laps in.

Our younger members find the zero-entry walkway into the adjacent shell-shaped pool a real plus when wading into the water. Plus, the perimeter of this pool is lined with a sitting bench so you can watch your children while they play in the water.
For the bigger kids (and even our adults!) our pool also boasts an exciting, two story, Twin Tower Slide.

If you have a new born or young child, the Pool Complex also has a gated baby pool area. It comes complete with a half-moon shaped pool with shallow depth. This pool is accompanied by a deck area with shooting fountains that children love to run through.

In the hot summer months, shade is so important. The Pool Complex has several gazebos and plenty of colorful umbrellas and chairs to keep you cool.

Swim Team

The Piranhas is the name of our swim team and this is one of our proudest programs. The exceptional parent-driven volunteers assist the coaching staff to bring out the very best in our children. Read more about our swim team by visiting www.palisadespiranhas.com.

Backspin Bar

The Backspin Bar and Backspin Gardens are beautiful outdoor seating areas created for our members to enjoy cocktails and live entertainment

Fitness Center

The Palisades Fitness Center features state-of-the-art ‘Technogym Equipment‘, an Italian based company whose equipment is found in only high end venues.  The sports complex has the latest in Cardio Equipment, each piece has it’s own built in LCD TV with up to 72 channels to use, or, use your iPod to play your own movies and music.

Health and wellness through personal training is popular piece of the culture here at the Palisades. We have all of the equipment necessary to bring out the best in you. So whether you like to train on your own or have the assistance of our staff, the Palisades Sports Complex Technogym Facilities are ready for your use and to help you meet your goals!

The Technogym Fitness Facilities are open 24 hours a day for our members use. Members who find they like to train outside normal business hours can receive a key-fob that allows use at any time.

Yoga & Stretch Classes from Peloton®

Members can access live or recorded online classes from Peloton®, one of the top online fitness programs.

Personal Training

Members can gain access to personal training, yoga, and group fitness classes

Peloton® Bikes

Peloton® bikes can be reserved by our members and is a great way to access live online cycling classes
